What StayLens is

StayLens, a product of Cosmoneural, is a search and comparison service for places to stay. We aggregate listings, prices, and reviews from licensed suppliers and public sources, rank them around what you tell us matters, and hand you to the relevant provider to complete a booking. Today, StayLens does not itself take bookings or payments — your contract for any stay is with the property or the booking provider, under their terms.

Prices and information

Prices shown are live quotes or estimates from suppliers at search time and can change or expire; the price you confirm on the provider is the binding one. Ratings, reviews, distances, travel times, and AI-generated summaries are best-effort aids, not guarantees. AI summaries quote real guest reviews but can still be imperfect — check what matters to you before booking.

Your account and conduct

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, probing our systems, misrepresenting identity, or using StayLens for anything unlawful.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms; you can delete your account and data any time via hello@staylens.app.

Third-party content

Listings, photos, maps, ratings, and reviews belong to their respective owners — lodging suppliers, mapping services, and photographers — and are shown under their licences, with attribution where required.

Liability

StayLens is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from provider actions, price changes, listing inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions made in reliance on search results or AI summaries. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them as the product evolves; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Contact: hello@staylens.app.
